Erabah.com Return and Refund Policy

At Erabah.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns and refunds, in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations in the UAE.


1. General Return Conditions

You may be eligible to return your purchase under the following circumstances:

Important Note: The supplier (Erabah.com) is obligated to repair, replace, or refund the cash value of a product if a defect or flaw is discovered, or if the product does not conform to the agreed-upon specifications.


2. Products Exempt from Return and Refund

For hygiene, safety, or legal reasons, the following categories of products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or if the item received is incorrect:

  • Perishable Goods: Food, flowers, and other items with a limited shelf life.
  • Intimate or Hygiene-Related Items: Underwear, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, personal care products, and similar items if the original hygiene seal or packaging has been opened, removed, or tampered with.
  • Digital Products/Software: Downloadable software products, e-books, or products that have been activated or registered.
  • Custom-Made/Personalized Items: Products that were customized or made specifically for the customer.
  • Products with Tampered Packaging: Items where the original packaging, seals, or tags have been removed or damaged in a way that makes them unsaleable.

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to returns@erabah.com or call us at [Your Customer Service Number] within the specified return period.
  2. Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the name of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return (e.g., defective, incorrect item, or change of mind).
  3. Approval: Our Customer Service team will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send the item back.
  4. Packaging: Ensure the item is securely packaged, ideally in its original shipping box, along with a copy of the original invoice and the RMA number clearly marked on the exterior.
  5. Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Refunds and Exchanges

Refund Processing

  • Defective/Incorrect Item: If your return is approved due to a defect, damage, or an error by Erabah.com, we will process a full refund including any standard shipping fees paid.
  • Change of Mind: For approved “change of mind” returns, the resolution will typically be an exchange or a store credit of equivalent value, as per UAE consumer protection guidance.
  • Method: Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment used for the purchase.
  • Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected at our warehouse for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary based on your bank or card issuer’s policies.

Exchange Processing

  • If you requested an exchange for a defective or incorrect item, we will ship the replacement item once the original return is received and inspected. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed.

Note on UAE Consumer Law: This policy is subject to the provisions of the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its Executive Regulations. Your statutory rights under this law are always upheld. If a refund is due to a price difference for a product where you were not notified of a discount within one week of purchase, you are entitled to a refund of the difference within 30 days.
