The material used is the right one, but among those used it is not among the most performing from a sporting point of view it is precisely the standard one, however it is fine in my opinion, because it is perfectly breathable

I use 44 chest. The xl was too small. Recommend xxl or xxxl. Material fine for gym and workout. Will not insulate, good heat release
