Comes in bag alone, no box, bring new plugs for heels if worn out. Does not have extra adhesive heel pad (although I have never needed to put it, so I don’t think I miss it). Very happy with the purchase. They look beautiful and with the same quality as the others I have bought from other sellers. I arrive fast. The correct color and size.
