The shorts seem to be of good quality. The insert in the shorts is denser than normal. At a height of 178 cm and weight of 87 kg, size XL is good, I think size L would be a bit too tight.

These are my favorite pair of cycling shorts and i don’t like bibs. The materials are all very good, cut is good, comfort is good, they look good and feel good. My only complaint is that they have this small red tag on the outside right at the top of your butt crack. What the? I cut it off but the danger of damaging the shorts to do so is high. Other than that, hands down the best shorts i have ever owned
