Beautiful blouse. Good flexible material. With a large bust, XL will be good, even a little tight. But the sleeves are looser. At the neck, they fit perfectly. I recommend XLfor size 42 EU

I wear them under blouses or sweaters neckline.

I took an XXXL, I make a good 46, it glue anyway, but as I always wear it under something.
Happened very very fast, awesome, I could put it on Christmas.
