Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Fujairah.
Delivery times
- Dubai: same day for orders paid before 1 pm, otherwise the next day.
- Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi: next day.
- Other emirates and remote areas: 2 to 3 days.
- The date shown in your order is an estimate. Public holidays and weather can cause delays.
Delivery fees
- Free delivery on orders over AED 150 (after discounts).
- AED 15 delivery fee on smaller orders.
- Cash on delivery adds a AED 15 handling fee.
When the courier arrives
The courier will call the mobile number on your order. If we can't reach you, we will try again. After two unsuccessful attempts the parcel returns to us and we will contact you to arrange a new delivery or a refund. For cash on delivery orders, please have the exact amount ready.
Tracking
You will get a text message when your order is packed, on its way, out for delivery and delivered. You can also follow it any time under My orders.
