Who we are

Erabah.com is operated by [LEGAL NAME OF THE COMPANY], trade licence [TRADE LICENCE NUMBER], VAT registration [VAT TAX REGISTRATION NUMBER], registered at [REGISTERED ADDRESS, EMIRATE, UAE].

Your account

You sign in with your mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for activity on your account, so keep your phone secure and never share your code.

Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm payment or, for cash on delivery, when we confirm the order.
• We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, the price was shown wrongly, or we suspect fraud. If you've paid, we will refund you.
• Items are reserved for 15 minutes while you complete payment.

Prices and VAT

All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and include 5% VAT. Delivery and cash on delivery fees are shown before you pay.

Payment

• We accept cards, Tabby, Tamara and cash on delivery.
• Tabby and Tamara are separate services with their own terms, eligibility checks and fees for late payment. We don't control their decisions.
• We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled by our payment partners.

Using the site

• Don't misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use automated tools to scrape or buy stock.
• Product images are for illustration. Colors can look different on different screens.

Our responsibility

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays outside our control.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the [EMIRATE] courts, without affecting any right you have to approach the relevant consumer protection authority.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
